Qualifying for an Inc. 5000 ranking is determined by percentage revenue growth. The 2024 rankings are calculated from 2020 to 2023, and the companies must have generated revenue by March 2020. Additionally, they must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent--not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies--as of December 31, 2022. The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $2 million.
