Our co-founders, Dr. Peter Kelly and Matt Robinson, had the chance to sit down with Dr. Mark Costes and share our story of success. Dr. Kelly learned two main things from working in corporate dentistry: large corporate DSOs are bottom-line driven, and they can’t give practitioners the same amount of autonomy as a private practice. The traditional DSO model often leads to overworked, unfulfilled, and unexceptional dental careers.
