Co-founder Matt Robinson contributes business acumen to Operation Dental and a dedication to supporting dental professionals. He first met Dr. Kelly after learning about the negative impact of corporate dentistry on communities and seeing an opportunity to provide his expertise in service of independent dentists and dental practices struggling to compete. He commenced his indoctrination into the world of dentistry by working for free at Dr. Kelly's dental practices, creating a dynamic partnership that led to the formation of Operation Dental.
Matt earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from Rollins College and spent ten years in business and operations management before teaming up with Dr. Kelly. He continues to research the changing dental industry to provide the best possible support using knowledge, insight, and a unique business management approach.
