Operation Dental’s Management Team Expands With Promotion Of Frankie Agosto And Maribel Figueroa

Orlando, FL – July 2026 – Operation Dental, a rapidly growing, Orlando-based, dentist-led, privately owned group practice, is proud to announce the promotions of Frankie Agosto to Operations Manager and Maribel Figueroa to Regional Manager. These leadership advancements reinforce the organization’s ongoing commitment to putting people first while supporting strategic, organic growth without private equity funding.

Since joining Operation Dental as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator, Frankie has steadily advanced within the organization, most recently serving as the Office Manager at Dr. Phillips Dentistry, where he strengthened operations, mentored team members, and enhanced the patient experience.

In his promotion as Operations Manager, Agosto will work closely with executive leadership to optimize operational performance, support practice integration, strengthen systems and processes, and help drive continued growth across the organization.

“I'm excited to see a completely different side of the business,” said Agosto. “Every role I've had here has given me a new perspective on how much goes into making our offices successful, and this position opens the door to learning even more. Agosto credits much of his leadership development to the mentorship he received throughout his career at Operation Dental. The company fosters a culture of growth by investing in its people, recognizing potential, and creating opportunities for employees to advance into leadership roles.

In addition, Maribel Figueroa, who joined Conway Oaks Dental as an Office Manager, has played a key role in the practice’s growth through a merger, supporting a team that grew from 12 to more than 20 employees, mentoring staff, and strengthening operations. In her promotion to Regional Manager, she will continue to drive growth, collaboration, and operational integration as Operation Dental expands.
